How long does it take to process and ship an order? All orders take up to three weeks to be processed and shipped. Depending on stock, you may receive your items prior to this time.
Can I get a refund or an exchange? Danka Clothing will accept exchanges only for an account credit that can be used for future orders. If upon receipt of a Danka Clothing shipment, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care immediately and we will send a replacement.
