- We use Usps they are reliable and simple. There are a few different choices you can choose from during checkout depending on how soon you want your package to arrive.

We only send our newsletter to email addresses that have opted in, and they may opt out at any time. When you place an order with us, we send email messages pertaining to your order. We do not sell your email address to other parties because that is just plain wrong.
Your Personal Information:
We collect your personal information when you provide it to us as you place your order, including your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, and email address. We use this information to process your order, provide you with support, and update you on your order. Nothing more nothing less.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Danka Clothing Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days upon receipt of the item. When items are returned, please be sure to write the order number on the outside of the packaging.
* The clothes must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. The credit card that was originally charged will be refunded. If clothes are not in original condition, meaning washed or damaged we will return them to you and you will not receive a refund. Danka Clothing will gladly exchange clothing in their original, unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR AN EXCHANGE:
1. Email us at dankaclothing@gmail.com and write "exchange" in the subject of your email. In the body of the email please include the following:
* First and last name
* Return Address
* Brief description of reason for exchange
* Order number
* Style, quantity, color and size you would like to receive in exchange.
2. Please include your original receipt and your exchange email that you sent to us in your return package. Most of the time the package your order arrived in can be reused to send the items back to us. Danka Clothing is not responsible for lost packages, and we recommend you send your package insured with tracking information.
3. Ship the return package to the address below. Remember to provide all information relevant to your original order with your package. (Receipt, Exchange email, Return address etc.)
Allow 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your package for your request to be processed. You pay shipping charges when sending the item back and we will pay return shipping charges when sending you the exchanged item.

- Ordering
- We want you wearing Danka Clothing as soon as possible so we try to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes unavailable is on back-order or any other problem occurs you will be notified by email. You will be able to change or cancel your order and we will let you know when the product will be back in stock.

We accept paypal which includes all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Debit cards. Paypal is the most widely used and trusted payment module online.
Pricing & Promotions:
Danka Clothing sends out coupons and discount codes every so often. Danka Clothing reserves the right to turn down any discount codes or promotions that have expired or for any other reason that Danka Clothing pertains as relevant. Don't worry too much though we usually never have to do this.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?
All orders take up to three weeks to be processed and shipped. Depending on stock, you may receive your items prior to this time.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE
Danka Clothing will accept exchanges only for an account credit that can be used for future orders. If upon receipt of a Danka Clothing shipment, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care immediately and we will send a replacement. Danka Clothing needs to be informed of any errors within ten business days, so we encourage you to examine all orders the day you obtain items.
